Greaver and Associates was founded in 1991, with a goal of providing cutting edge solutions for organizations that wanted to dramatically improve their operations and financial results. It is a management consulting firm specializing in organizational transformation, strategic, and financial issues, and serves a wide range of clients in many different industries.

Mr. Greaver is a certified public accountant and founder of Greaver and Associates. He has over 25 years of business experience and prior to starting the consulting firm, served in executive positions with the following organizations:

Home Warranty Corporation and Subsidiaries, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Alexander & Alexander Services and Subsidiaries, Vice President

Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Senior Manager

In addition to his significant consulting responsibilities, he also enjoys sharing his knowledge of emerging trends and transformation tools with business executives. To do this, he has developed and taught seminars for many organizations, including the American Management Association, George Washington University, the National Association of Corporate Directors, and MIS Training Institute.

Mr. Greaver recently authored the book "Strategic Outsourcing" (published by AMACOM, the American Management Association's publishing company). His recent magazine articles include:
